Yes. We ship dental equipment, prosthetics and supplies worldwide. Small parcels usually travel with DHL or UPS, and large equipment can be arranged by freight.
2. How long do production and delivery take?
Custom dental work usually takes 2 to 4 working days after confirmation. Express delivery is usually 3 to 10 days, while sea freight for large equipment is usually 55 to 60 days.
3. Which payment methods are available?
Bank transfer is available for standard orders. Stripe card payment can be offered with card fees, and crypto payment is available only for approved customers.
4. How can I request a quote?
Send the product name, quantity, destination country and any files or photos through the contact page. Our team will reply with pricing and delivery options.
5. Can I upload dental files or logos?
Yes. Customers can send scans, photos, prescriptions or logo files from the upload pages or by contacting support, depending on the service requested.
6. Can I track my order?
Yes. When a tracking number is available, your order page links directly to 17track so you can follow the shipment.
7. Can custom dental work be refunded?
Custom dental work usually cannot be refunded after production starts. If there is a quality issue, we review adjustment or remake support case by case.
8. Are taxes and customs included?
Import duties, VAT and customs charges depend on the destination country and are usually handled by the buyer unless stated otherwise on the quote.
